Simple, clear expectations.

  1. Place your order or booking. Clients may place orders or contact Limas Hair World when they need assistance.
  2. Provide accurate information. Clients are expected to provide complete and correct product, hair, color, size, appointment and styling details.
  3. Booking fee. A $20 booking rate applies to appointments. Additional service-specific charges may apply where stated.
  4. Preparation and delivery deadlines. Where a unit or frontal must be supplied before an appointment, the client must meet the stated deadline.
  5. Pricing. Listed prices are guides and may change according to length, materials, customization and service requirements.
  6. Communication. If you experience any difficulty, kindly contact us. Limas Hair World will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and assist you.
  7. No refund. All clients should review the service/product details before confirming. Our no-refund policy applies as stated on the Policies page.
  8. Respectful service environment. We reserve the right to address conduct or requests that are unsafe, abusive or inconsistent with professional service delivery.
